This morning at 8:45 AM, all staff joined the Standing Meeting under the theme “Accumulation” – a journey showing how small things done every day add up to make a big difference in our work.
Accumulating Experience
Every task handled, every problem faced, every piece of feedback received, and every collaboration with colleagues is a chance to master a new way of working or discover a new way to solve problems. As the saying goes: “Experience is built every day.”
Accumulating Skills
From communication, time management, and problem-solving to teamwork and tech & tools – skills sharpened day by day help us work faster, more accurately, and more professionally.
Making the Difference
A few small but important habits:
- Proactively take notes to avoid overlooking tasks
- Double-check emails and documents before sending
- Proactively ask questions when something isn’t clear
- Learn from every mistake
- Always look for ways to work more efficiently
Conclusion
“Success doesn’t necessarily come from one giant leap, but from many small steps taken consistently every day.”
Tasks → Experience → Skills → New Growth Opportunities. That’s the cycle of accumulation every IMV employee is building, one day at a time.
Thank you to everyone who joined fully and actively!
